Error Message

I am getting the following error when I try to change plans. "An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later". I am using Chrome from a desktop machine and Windows 10. Why ? How can I resolve this problem?

Try clearing your browsers cache and history. Then try again. Or try a different browser. Sometimes this helps.

Have you already changed your plan in the last 30 days or during your current billing cycle?

Forgot to mention that have tried several different browsers-Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE.
