error loading data usage

Seems like always right towards the end of the month when I log on to self-serve to see my data usage I get an error.
Is there another way to check that is more reliable?

What type of error did you get? can you post a screenshot of it?
Unfortunately, the selfserve usage is the only option for now.

Thanks! It just seems like every month, towards the end of the month I get this error and I just want to check my data usage.

This is strange, did it work the next day? Have you tried to check it on another web browsers? How was your internet connection? If it worked for a few days, it should work for the whole month.

Just tried in on microsoft edge and firefox and same thing as chrome (pictured above).
I tend to only really check in towards the end of the month but I have seen this error more then my usage and noticed it's always in the last week, week and a half before my bill is due.
Everything else on self-serve works just fine, just cannot see my usage and it's the one thing I want to see!

So I also assumed you didn't change anything toward the data each month.

If you have tried other browsers and it was like that for many months, then it could be some glitch with your usage reporting. I would suggest you send message to Koodo facebook or call them to make an inquiry about it. Maybe, facebook is better as you can post the screenshot there for them to see.

Tried twice this morning and it wouldn't work but just tried now and it's good :) 
Another question maybe you might know.
On the data page it says my used data is 651 mb however when I click on view details the page total  is 883.80.
Why the discrepancy?
