Error for billing

The app isn'the letting me pay my bill for the past 6 days, keeps coming up as error 25 try again. And when I try a different payment it never loads.

Tyler, is your number ending with 00? It looks like you have pre-auth on your account but there is something is up as we were unable to take payment out of the card you have registered. Are you trying to make a single payment now with a different card? Maybe try dialing #123 hit option 3 for now just so your account doesn't fall behind. Then we can take a look what might be the issue. I just made a payment on my account and it worked so the app is functional, hence my thinking it the issue might lie somewhere else.

I'm having a similar problem; when I enter the amount I want to pay on my bill and hit next in the Self-Serve app it loads the Error 25 screen pictured above.

Hi Bill, although all looks fine on our end our internal teams are looking into this. In the meantime, you can call *611 from your Koodo phone and select option 3 to make a payment with your credit card.  Payment immediately shows up on the account.

Same advice Ryan. Please don't use the app until the next update. Use our website or dial #123 from your phone and then option 3. You can also pay via your online bankink or at any Koodo store.

hey there. I tried to pay my bill a few days ago. it didn't go through and I tried angain and didn't go through. I left for trying it later. but I found my credit card was charged 3 times.but was only as authorized one. now I believe my card is not charged. but when I try to pay the bill it shows the same thing error 25 and I can't pay.. what to do?

@ Chandra, is the account under your name? If it is, does your number end with 00? The error you are seeing only happens when you try to pay via the app. If you go directly to our site and log in all should be fine.

Has not let me pay for the past few months. Money on my MC but no money ever comes off and when I try to pay it gives me this message as well

Looks like there maybe an issue with the card you are using Emma. Please contact your bank/credit car company. You do have a high outstanding amount, for now I suggest you pay your Koodo bill via your bank. All you need is your account number.

Right after the update to the app. Error 25 after you go to pay bill. Right after you press the next button

that new app upgrade is messed up. Go to Koodo website and u will be able to pay there
