Phone isn't sending or receiving anything- error code 7UV2. I've had the phone for 2 years, didn't do anything it just suddenly started. Turned it on and off, that didnt work. What should I do next?

For this issue, I'd contact customer service. If you're unable to dial 611 from your Koodo mobile, then use another phone to call:

Disregard any warning about being charged for the call - the charges only apply to things that can be done via Self Serve if Self Serve is operational.
