I have got problems with my self serve account. I cant see the e-bill tab. I need to make a payment for my bill. How can i do that?

Are you the main account holder, Carlos? If you are and you can't see certain information, you'll need to contact Koodo (*611) to change your account so that you have access to all features. Something probably went wrong when you signed up, so that the system now assumes you are a shared account holder. That happens every now and then when people sign up, it can rectified in seconds :)

Yes, *611 (don't forget the star) - then hit the 0 (zero) a few times to speak to a representative :)
