Enable/disable LTE shortcut

So on previous versions of samsung the phone carriers had the lte shortcut from your pull down menu from the top of the screen. In recent years that has been removed. I find myself using data when I don't want to and it's a pain to keep going back into the settings.

My question is for Koodo to explain how this shortcut can be re-enabled. I spoke with Samsung and they said my carrier is the only one that can restore that feature. It should be in the rows of the image I uploaded.

Please help!

I like the QuickshortcutMaker solution since you can have that button on any screen of most Android phones. It's placed right beside the Mail icon on my home screen so that I can quickly turn data on and off to check messages.

Yea the links I provided in that post above are great. I've been using it for about a year now. It's really simple and gives back what should be there in the first place
