I just registered a phone for my daughter, but for some reason, I didn't put in the IMEI#. Can you help me with this?

Hi Brenda, you should be able to activate the phone online via Self Serve. Go to http://koo.do/XppJ70 and, once you're logged in your account, click on "Mobile Phone" then "Change Phone". If you're still experiencing difficulties, give us a call at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline, #6. Thank you!
