Have received 2 emails so far demanding money and service will be deactivated from Koodo. Logged into bank and Koodo was paid in full. Logged into Koodo and on transaction page states payment was made in full, phone is active after first email. Received a second email saying phone deactivated 5 days & you owe us money. Not a happy camper at all.
I wondered if it was a scam however it is a real Koodo address. And is demanding the difference between the current balance & the monthly fee. Only Koodo should know that. I assumed that if it wasn't a scam it's a glitch in Koodo's automatic email system. But still very unhappy about it.
