Emails demanding payment when already paid in full

Have received 2 emails so far demanding money and service will be deactivated from Koodo.  Logged into bank and Koodo was paid in full.  Logged into Koodo and on transaction page states payment was made in full, phone is active after first email.  Received a second email saying phone deactivated 5 days & you owe us money.  Not a happy camper at all.

If you are on prepaid, there is no billing, it is pay-as-you-go, so there could be no such emails. 
Can you provide a bit more detail?

I wondered if it was a scam however it is a real Koodo address.  And is demanding the difference between the current balance & the monthly fee.  Only Koodo should know that.  I assumed that if it wasn't a scam it's a glitch in Koodo's automatic email system.  But still very unhappy about it.

If you are pay as you go with auto top ups I would ignore the email. Your auto top ups should have your base plan covered and there is never a need for a email asking for payment

Sorry seems to be the only weekend where all of our Koodo contacts are out away from their computers so still waiting on a response I appoligize it's not usually like this.
