I NEED TECH HELP.
I HAVE BLACKBERRY. SWITCH FROM BELL TO KOODO LAST WEEK. MY EMAILS WERE NOT RECEIVEING OR SENDING. TODAY I WENT YOUR AGENT AND SHE CHANGED SOME RECORDS BY PHONE TALKING YOUR OFFICE. AFTER I LEFT THERE
I PUT MY GMAIL PASSWORD IN MY PHONE SYSTEM WHERE EMAILS ACCOUNT. BUT IT ALWAYS SHOW UP " UPDATE FAILED" I TRIED MANY TIME. I NEED REACH TO MY EMAILS AND SEND TOO .

Do you have two-factor authentication enabled on your GMail account? If yes, then you may need to configure your GMail account with an app-specific password so that your BlackBerry can connect to GMail.
