I have got this email (as follows).
However, I have never asked any account and my name is not EunJoo. (I am not in Canada!)
Please check if my email was misused.

Once you’ve completed the registration, please go to the billing tab, click E-Bill, then choose request E-Bill notification to set up your monthly online bill notifications. You can choose to receive an email or text message.

You can use Self Serve to view your bill details, airtime and data usage, make payments, update your address and contact information, and more.

maybe that was sent by mistake to you, thats only for canadians customer with Koodo Postpaid account, so its not a SCAM or some like that, you dont have to worry about it - Koodo Care Rep
