Email notifications sent to the wrong email address

Every time i make a change in my plan Koodo sends an email notification but to the wrong email address. I do not know how to change this email address in my profile, it is not the same one as the one registered in my profile. I would like the notifications to be sent to the same email address as my login information. how do i do that?

Login to self serve, click view my bill, on the right hand side click edit bill notifications, then you can change your email there.
