Like the others in this post, I no longer receive email notifications of my upcoming Koodo bill. I've double checked my profile and all the appropriate boxes have been selected and the spelling of my email address is correct. Still, no bill. Nothing in spam, no filters are in place. Am at a loss on how to fix this from my end. Now two months in a row I'm past the due date for my bill!! I pay all my bills online and Koodo is THE only company I'm having a problem with. Perhaps time to move on.
