Like the others in this post, I no longer receive email notifications of my upcoming Koodo bill. I've double checked my profile and all the appropriate boxes have been selected and the spelling of my email address is correct. Still, no bill. Nothing in spam, no filters are in place. Am at a loss on how to fix this from my end.  Now two months in a row I'm past the due date for my bill!! I pay all my bills online and Koodo is THE only company I'm having a problem with. Perhaps time to move on.

A Gmail account would definitely solve the Sympatico migration issue.

Hi Rod!  When we last looked into your situation, I recall that your bill date is the 28th of the month.  Having said that, the most recent bill you'll see in your Self Serve account is May, and you should receive notification about your June bill sometime after June 28th.  Try back at that time.

Hi Josie,
We didn't get a notification for the May bill which is due tomorrow. Bill now paid. I think I'll change my notification e-address to my gmail account and hopefully that will solve the problem. Likely more to do with Bell than with Koodo.

Thanks for clarifying Rod,yes you're right, you should have received notification about your May bill beginning of June.  Please check in with us again if you don't get anything about your June bill and you've changed your email address notification to a gmail address.

I actually talked to them at *611 about a week ago and the rep promised to "look into it" and send me an email with his findings. Needless to say, I never received that email.
As I said earlier in this thread, I could switch to a day-timer or to smoke signals but I really should not have to do that.

Surprise: I received an email about my May 2016 bill. I'm curious what made that miracle happen....

If youre with sympatico they're going thru email migration that would explain why you're not getting this and possibly other emails.

It could be your webmail  preference settings.  You may want to contact Shaw on this if it happens again

Preference settings are fine (Outlook rather than webmail). (I have made my living in computers for about 45 years. I checked all the easy stuff before ever posting here. If you look at my very first post in this thread, you will notice that I did receive emails until this January. Then, the emails mysteriously stopped until May when, just as mysteriously, I received an email advice again. All this, without ever touching the preference settings.)

Hello,

I'm a relatively new customer (6 months) to Koodo and have yet to receive a Bill Notification by email. I use Gmail and I have checked my Spam folder and there is nothing there. I currently get a text message but an email notification would be very helpful for me to pay my bill on time. When I log into the Self Serve website I can't see any option that I can check that would start or stop email notification. I would really appreciate some help with this as I was late with my last payment.

Log into self serve > scroll down and click view transaction history > click change bill notification > you can choose option either email and/or text , then save.

No, that's entirely free if you do it yourself in self service, Sanith
