Email My Bill

I love paperless, that's why I've always opted for ebill with all my services. Why can't Koodo email me the PDF instead of emailing a heads up that my ebill is ready? If you email it to me, I don't have to log in to download it and print it and then save it to my computer. This way I can keep records of my bill beyond the 12 month limit in my self serve account. I can go to self serve to see my usage and stuff. It'd be really nice Koodo if you emailed it to me with a 'heads up, here's your ACTUAL ebill'.

Even tho it's a good idea I have one concern. What if your e-mail account got hacked?? I think it's a security mesure. Not even bank account send e-bill directly to your inbox.

True, but that would be my responsibility to deal with, not Koodo's. Like the notification they send, they could email my bill and just show the last 3 numbers of my account number. Or at least give me the option and have me sign somewhere that says I won't complain to Koodo if my email gets hacked or my ex is looking for revenge-:)

What if my email got hacked? Okay, so the hacker can go an pay my invoice. I do not see the logic. What if a hacker hacked into my self serve koodo portal? Same difference.

The only reason Kodoo does not email the pdf bill, is that they want you to log on to the website, see all their publicity they are offering in order for you to be one click away from purchasing an add on, changing your phone, etc. Its all about $$$. It has nothing to do with security, its very simple to email a password protected pdf file, personally do it all the time for employee pay stubs.

I agree. I like to have all my ebills in my email. I can always go back and easily pull out an old copy. Now I have to log into the self serve page and download the PDF.

Please email PDF bill.
