Email linked to account no longer exists and I dont know my password to log in to self serve.

I need to log into my account to change my address & email as well as desperately add call forwarding as I have do not have cell service at my new address. But I do not remember my login password and the email address the account is currently attached to no longer exists. I tried to set up my account under my new email, but it requires permission from the old email address (which I can't access). I can not access customer service by phone due to this promo thing going on. I need help!

At this point you will need to contact koodo to reset your self serve account. With this weekends promo, koodo:s call centre is severally backed up (all carriers are backed up)

You best bet is to send a private message to koodo via Facebook or Twitter. And I would expect a reply in a few days
