Email for koodo account

I'm a new customer and I was suppose to get a email for me to sign up for a account on the koodo app but I haven't received it yet

Have you checked your spam folder? As well the Koodo app uses the same login information that you would use to login to self serve.

Did you use the right e-mail address when you signed uo? Maybe they/you made a mistake when writing it...?

You have 2 email addresses registered in the system ,. The one that the email was sent to is almost identical to the one you are using here on this forum. The only difference is a 'dot' between your name and the numbers you are using for the email address. If that's not a valid one pls send us a private message on Facebook so we can help you out.
