when I purchased my phone, the salesguy screwed up entering the details and email etc, now I can't access my acct ore anything. I can only use *611 with my 4 digit pin to adds money but I want to change my acct to a monthly instead of prepaid. how do I fix this? I used my phone to call cust. service but they want a $5.00 fee. I shouldn't have to pay $5.00 for koodo's salesguy screw up.
