Email address problem

I have a new account but can't get set up on-line because it won't take my email address. I used it on a previous Koodo account that was cancelled a while back. How can I get around this problem?

Is it possible your old account still has your email which is preventing it best bet contact koodo

Indeed. Customer service will need to detach your address from the old account.
