I believe your only option would be to call Koodo and explain to them what happened.

How can an e-mail adress become invalid?

I changed from shaw to telus so my shaw email address is no longer valid.

the topic is 1year old. Don't revive it pls, your problem might be very different from that.
So you reset your password, and the new password didn't work? Have you tried with another browser? or tried to clear the cache of the current browser?
