I really feel that paper bills should NOT be eliminated.

I am computer savvy, but many people are not.

I have friends who are in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s who do NOT know how to turn on a computer. Many seniors cut their internet because internet service is so expensive.

At age 68, I prefer digital bills because I have worked all of my life using computers. But a great many people do not have access to a computer or the internet and many people do not know how to turn on a computer.

We are not all digitally connected, even though young people may be.

Koodo is not a fit for them then as Koodo is going more and more self service based so they may want to look for service elsewhere.

Okay, so what? Your reply is rude, cold-hearted, narrow-minded, but that's typical of people of your generation.

YOU'RE WRONG. I just called my local Koodo kiosk in the Park Royal Shopping Centre mall in West Vancouver, BC. The salesperson there told me that I can pay my Koodo bill either at their kiosk using debit or credit, or at any bank. Give them a call and find out for yourself. (604) 922-2440.

You think you're a know-it-all, but this shows exactly how smart you really are. LOL.

What if they wanted to pay cash?

I have no idea. Call the Koodo kiosk and ask. You owe me an apology.

It should be "Isn't" not "aren't" if the subject is singular and not plural.

And I guess koodo owes u a paper bill.

And koodo owes me a way to pay cash.

Koodo needs to bring back cash payments! Not everyone has a debit or credit card!! Not everyone has access to these plastic cards.

@flooded sky: you might have a good point, but this is a customer forum. People also have different opinion than yours. Slamming other "rude, cold-hearted, narrow-minded" could not create a healthy conversation and kill your initial goal of coming to here.

He slammed me first. Then he posted another reply further slamming me. And his information is completely false!

So, you know. I really do not appreciate being treated like I'm stupid because I'm not.

He didn't call you anything personal at all. However, you called him back personally.

Dennis and Paul are 2 different people and I am another one. There are 4 people in this thread. You grouped them all together, now you put me into the same group.

I had no clue why I had to call the number? to prove what? he is a customer like you and me, he is not representing Koodo. If you searched the forum (you claimed you were good at digital stuff) there were many threads about paying money at Koodo kiosk. The information about the possibility to pay at Koodo kiosk was there. Here is one example: https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/i-have-self-serve-but-i-would-like-to-pay-my-bill-at-...

What a bunch of babies! Enjoy your forum. You can have it all to yourselves. Dennis misinformed people who might be reading this forum and you don't care about that, do you? He contested the facts I presented to him. All I did was give my opinion on paper bills and he trolled me. Now you support him. What are you guys anyway? I don't belong to your club. Maybe you're sexist. I don't know. But I do know that you are bullying me. So stop it. Just because I'm not a male and unknown to you doesn't mean that I am incorrect in my analysis and opinion of all of you. After all, this forum if for people to voice my opinion and not be bullied. You have been bullying me. STOP IT.
