We are excited to introduce the new French Koodo Community at www.koodo.com/question !

A little background - The Koodo Community is the go-to place for our customers to ask questions, get answers and share ideas about Koodo. We are on track to have over two million visits this year! Our Community members and social media agents do an awesome job of helping out, and over 9 out of 10 customers get the answers they’re looking for.

French users have always been able to participate and receive responses in French, however the rest of the site is in English. With the launch of the French Koodo Community, we now have a fully French experience. And even better, current Community members can log on using their existing account.

As a heads-up, points and badges will not be available in the French Community at the moment. So for example, if a member participates in both the English and French Community, they can only receive points for activity in the English one. It’s something we’ll be considering for the future, so we’ll keep you posted.

Your idea could very well be the quickest way to populate the French forum. Usually, when users come across an empty forum, they just leave, assuming no one attends. If we get some posts in there already, in French, maybe it would make people go ahead and post their questions/comments/ideas instead of simply leaving.

It's a good idea. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to move posts over. I'd suggest answering them here and then gently reminding them that we have a dedicated FR community.

This is good news for French speaking posters, however I tried to clicke on "AIDE" (besoin d'Aide, visitez la section "Aide" on the french koodomobile web site http://koodomobile.com/fr/qc/index.shtml, it took me to the English Community instead of the French one, Web master should adjust the link though.

I'm opening the two Communities FR/EN at same time, when I want to post on one of them, system asks me to login again, even if I'm already logged in the first one (I check remember me), as soon as I'm done with one site and want to use the second I'll have to do it again, quite annoying to do that everytime.

I don't have that problem, I am connected on both and I don't have to sign in and sign out multiple times. I would clear your cookies just in case that there is a corrupted file.

Mais en répondre votre question, les procédures pour un cell voler c'est de immidiatement signaller Koodo pour suspendre votre ligne. Vous pouvez aussi appeller la service clientelle pour barrer l'appariel dans la systeme pour éviter que le voleur utilize votre cell sur leur propre service.

Why do the English and French communities have to be separate? Couldn't a french section just be added to the current community page? Right now the Community subforums are Overview, Topics, Products, People, etc. Wouldn't it be easier to just add a French subpage to the current community, instead of creating a completely separate french specific forum?

Hi folks, the rotating ads will not be added in the near future however the footer will be fixed. A quick tip is to click the language link in the bottom left corner to switch between the two communities.

If we added French as a category, everything on page except for the user generated content would be in English given Get Satisfaction's restrictions. That would be fair and simple for our unilingual francophone customers. I don't think they would appreciate a New Reply email in English either.
