why am I getting an e bill when my plan was CANCELLED?

Hi Dennis,

When did you cancel? You should get a final bill a little while after cancelling with any tab amount still owing on a phone you may have purchased from Koodo on the tab as well as any overages for the final month of you cancelling

You may have an outstanding balance? Did you have a tab when you cancelled? How long ago was that?

  Had an outstanding balance paid it off haven't had it online since then thought once it was overdue it was canceled. Don't get me wrong would like to get back onto plan just not the one I have can't afford it. Can't log onto web site to check/change either

Talked to customer service and the plan is cancelled but I am getting a E bill anyways. Says I owe money tell me how that works? Phone is disconnected and I am getting billed for it?

If there was an outstanding balance at the time you cancelled the phone plan, you would still be receiving a bill for the amount owed. Overdue balances are not cancelled.

Like I said paid off reset to zero nothing owning need to double check with credit company on this. Got sent to collections from there to general credit services paid bill off through them.

Yep the account is closed as of 24th of February. So like I said why am I getting e-billed? I have no active account.

Hey Dennis - last payment received was on Feb. 27, but it didn't cover the total outstanding balance. Final bill was generated on Mar. 13 with the outstanding amount, i.e. there's still a balance that needs to be cleared up.
