It's pretty bad when I'm considering going back to paper billing, and paying $2 because I can't understand my ebill!!

Here is a video plus a link to a PDF that helps explain your pdf ebill.


Just so you know, if you sign up for a paperbill then you get the PDF ebill that you see, printed and mailed to you. There is no difference.

Just make sure you are indeed downloading the pdf ebill when you log onto self serve from a browser. The Self Serve app only shows a minimal summary of your bill and is not actually your ebill.

Dennis is right, your paper bill look exactly the same as the bill on koodo's website. No reason paying $2 for.
