Easy Roam to US not activating

I have tried 2-3 times this morning to add Easy Roaming for the US but get error message each time saying only the $10 a day international is active not the US $7 per day and to try again.  I'm leaving for the US in about 2 hours so need some help to sort this out.

The initial try was via text and got the error message.  The self serve says the plan is in place and will not permit a cancel/retry without administrator help.  So my hope is that the error message is in "error" and the US is actually there.

I found texting ROAM to 7626 is much easier than doing it in selfserve, Could it be another addon that conflicts with the easyroam?

Well if it said that it's in place it should be ok. You could send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 and ask if you're short on time to confirm.

Hey S Yeats - I was able to pull up your account, and see that the US Easy Roam feature was not added (only the International option). I think I know why this may be happening, but will need to authenticate your account in order to provide more info. If you can shoot us a private message on Facebook, a rep will validate you as the account owner and help get this sorted before you leave for your trip.

Update - we were able to get this resolved. I don't believe you've messaged on FB yet, but no need to. If anything, you may need to restart your phone, but everything should work as supposed to. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you.  I don't actually have an FB (or any other social media) account.  I'm going to test it now.
