Easy Roam in multiple European countries

I understand a layover in the US on the way to Europe would trigger $7 charge (in the US) and $10 charge (in Europe) even if you happen to use the phone in these two destinations during a 24 hours period. That's clear.

The question is what would happen if you visit multiple "other international destinations" during 24 hours. Let's say France, Poland and China. Would each of these countries trigger a new $10 charge or only the first one?

Only the 1 charge per 24 hours.
The only conflict is going from a $7 area to a $10 or vice versa.

Sure if you are flying from Poland to China with Air France via Paris.
