Easy Roam Error Message

Trying to add Easy Roam, keep getting this error pop up. Tried three different browsers, incognito mode and clearing the cache...nothing works. Need to activate ASAP. Any tips?

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call first thing in the morning explaining what you tried and that it won't work. That's about all we can do to help you here unfortunately since it's a website issue unless a rep happens to be on and sees this.

I don't know what happened but you can Text ROAM to 7626 to add easyroam on your number.

Thanks, I tried that way. Said it could add US Easy Roam and not the other one (I only need US anyway at this time). It still isn't showing up on my account, but I'll give it the night and check back in the morning.

I think you also need to have the 2 free add-ons "International Voice Roaming"
and "International Data Roaming" on your account to make it work.

They are updating something on their site, when I logged in. That could be the problem.

@Lauren, Azure is correct texting the code will work. We have a planned maintenance on our site tonight and I think you may have been in the middle trying to add your Easy Roam when it started. Site should be back and running just past 9:00 in the morning EST.

Once Easy Roam is added the other ones will come automatically so you can skip that step.
