Easy Roam Charges

I have two charges for $10 for a call from my number to roam 99999 for 1 minute. I am currently travelling in New Zealand. Looking at my usage from last month I have two other charges that are the same while travelling in Spain. My phone mobile data has been off and I have not made or answered any calls. What can be done to have the charges reversed?

You would have to call Koodo to have any charges that you dispute reversed.

Easy Roam charges can occur when you send text messages too.  If you are not planning on roaming, maybe take out your sim card.

If the charges are not out of hand, I wouldnt worry about calling Koodo until you get back so you can enjoy your travels.

Thanks Dennis! They are only totalling $40 thus far, so I may just wait. No text messages were sent either, hence my confusion.

I would suggest you contact Koodo directly through their facebook to ask the agent to look into your account.

I am not sure why Dennis told you to wait, but If the charge was on the last month bill, you might have some late charge when you come back to Canada.
