I am a longtime customer on pre authorized billing and always received a notification of my amount due payable by the first of the month. Payment was always taken out on the first of the month. This month payment was taken out early. Why did this happen.

A few months ago Koodo changed the number of days after your bill date before they processed your pre-authorization.

It use to be 20 days after your bill date, your pre-authorization was processed. It has now been moved up to 15 days after your bill date.

I believed this happened in August for me. I'm not sure if you didnt notice until now, or they staggered this change to all of their different customers

Same thing happened to me this month i just noticed. My payments normally come out on the 1st. I had a payment come out on November 1 and November 24th, both for the amount that i pay for a whole month. The self serve site still says my payment should come out on the 1st so what the heck is this payment coming on the 24th? Without notifying me?

What does it say on your PDF ebill?

I think The self serve site tells you the due date and not the pre auth withdrawal date
