E-Bill Inquiry

I spoke to one of Koodo's representatives this morning in regard to NOT receiving my October E-bill. I was told that I would be receiving an e-mail confirmation that my e-billing would continue in November. Please confirm that it will be.

Go to self-serve.
Then, Billing.
Then, you will find an option for Billing Notification type.
You can chose from getting a SMS or an EMAIL confirmation. Its set up by default as SMS so you might like to change it to EMAIL.
Being customers, we can't give any promises, but if you are paying with a credit card make sure that your bank is connected with Koodo properly.

Talk to Koodo as well to make sure that you have the correct information as the bank has it.

The only people that can confirm what that agent told you is another agent. None of which can do that here.

You will receive your bill notification when the bill is ready. It usually takes 3 to 5 days after the end of the billing cycle.

If you don't have the e-bill notification set up yet, you can do it as Xavier mentioned above :)
