I spoke to one of Koodo's representatives this morning in regard to NOT receiving my October E-bill. I was told that I would be receiving an e-mail confirmation that my e-billing would continue in November. Please confirm that it will be.
Go to self-serve.
Then, you will find an option for Billing Notification type.
You can chose from getting a SMS or an EMAIL confirmation. Its set up by default as SMS so you might like to change it to EMAIL.
