I can't view my e-bill. I get: Error: No bill was found for the selected date. (E056)

Are you selecting February or the months before February, March's bill will not be available yet.
Try clearing your browsers cache, cookies and history and make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.

also try doing what Paul suggested and if there are any updates for adobe reader or any pdf reader you are using, update those too.
