My S5 isn't able to add an e-mail account. I already have 3 set up (1 gmail and 2 other) and am attempting to add a new account supported by Gmail with a university domain. It added just fine to the Gmail app but every time I try to set it up under e-mail I get the message 'Unable to set up account. Authentication failed'. Any ideas?

Hi Sarah,

Check with your university for set-up instructions for your e-mail on the application. I know mine requires a special set-up, creation of a google token to use instead of my password and so on. Contact the university's IT department and they will be able to help you out!

Hope this helps!
