e-bill balance showing up incorrectly as zero, can't pay bill

I just started with Koodo. Got a text telling me my balance, and to pay at the self serve site, but when I signed into self serve it says I have no balance, and won't let me view my bill or pay it. Any idea what is going on?

Maybe it takes some time for your bill to be updated on the website. Wait a little, I'm sure the balance will appear soon enough!

When I first signed up with Koodo my first bill was paper even though the Kiosk person set up paperless. When is your billing date and when is the bill due? Don't panic until you have 7 days until due. If you are already panicking, call billing and get it clarified.
