Every time i go into self serve
It brings me back to the change email tab

Call customer service *611 from your Koodo phone, and tell them you can't access to self serve account. It's a free call.
You set it up as an account manager instead of the account owner.
They will fix it for you :)

Keep in mind that Koodos customer service hours of operation are as follows:

Hours of Operation

Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

So they'd be closed at the moment.
