Duplicate Charges to Credit Card

Credit card was charged twice for my June payment. Checked the KOODO statement and one of the payments was reversed...however my credit card was not refunded. So now what do I do?

How long since the refund was posted to your Koodo account?  It may take a few days to show on your banking website.

How long has it been since the reverse payment? Are you sure it just doesn't take a while to show on your card? You can contact your credit card company to see if there's a pending refund. If all checks out then you could send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have a rep look into it.

June 12th...the two payments were posted to my credit card
KOODO payment posted twice and the extra payment was reversed on June 12th...
Statement dated Jun 26th...which is 14 days later doesn't show the credit :(

so a tad frustrating as this is obviously a KOODO error, yet I am the one on hold with the credit card company with 5 people ahead of me... :(

I'm sorry to hear that. You can hedge your bets and send a message to Koodo while attempting to contact your CC company. You'll get a response likely mid-late morning tomorrow.
