Credit card was charged twice for my June payment. Checked the KOODO statement and one of the payments was reversed...however my credit card was not refunded. So now what do I do?
How long has it been since the reverse payment? Are you sure it just doesn't take a while to show on your card? You can contact your credit card company to see if there's a pending refund. If all checks out then you could send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have a rep look into it.
