I've had problems with my phone ever since I got it 6 months ago. They are telling me that I should buy a new phone. even though I am under warranty. but I've should be either get the phone fixed or replaced but they're trying to charge me well over 200 dollars to get it fixed. this to me seems like a complete hoax.

Audrey, could you be a little more specific and tell us what's actually wrong with the phone? We can't help you if you're being very vague.

unable to use any of the Google products cuts out when I go into any app. unable to use Google Play for one month. Unable to use self serve for two and a half months. Notices come up every 30 seconds saying Google Play has stopped or any Google service has stopped. unable to use wifi, bluetooth, no volume for a week phone cuts in and out. just to name some problems with this but was told I have to buy a new phone but only had it for 6 months.

I'd say if it's under warranty then bring it to a kiosk and have them send it for repair unless it's due to physical damage such as water damage which you can tell by the stickers on the battery and inside the battery compartment, if they're white then there's no water damage but if they're red then we'll it's seen some water and isn't covered and you will have to pay for a repair or buy a new phone.

No they won't even look at it the just want to get a commission on a new phone. So I have taken it upon myself to go thru Samsung themselves. They have been very helpful! The phone has never been dropped or been near water. So it is not due to me that there is a problem with this phone!

I've never heard of a kiosk refusing to send a phone out for repair. What location are you talking about? This is not correct practice.
