I need to submit invoices to my employer to claim a portion of my prepaid phone charges as expenses.

Can't seem to find anything on the prepaid portal that offers this.

Been searching for 15 min and coming up with nothing.

Koodo please advise.

There is no invoice for prepaid. There are no bills. The best thing to do is to save the receipts when you buy top up cards for you phone.

Cheers for the response Chris - my mistake - I meant receipts - something that features the HST charged.

Hey Daniel you can print off the Transaction History and Usage History in Self Serve to show payments, usage transactions, and the date they occurred.

Here’s how you can do it:

Log into Self Serve > Click on Billing Tab > Click on Transaction History Tab to see payments and purchases

Log into Self Serve > Click on Base Plan and Boosters Tab > Click on Usage History Tab to see call, web, and text usage

Hope that helps :)

Thanks Ashley - is there anywhere I can see a receipt that highlights the HST charged? It's for expense purposes at work and they're looking for something official looking that shows HST charged.

Could Koodo email me the transaction receipts or make them accessible?

Thanks!

Top up transactions should have a receipt whether purchased in store (where I did get a receipt) OR online (where I did not get a receipt). Get with the times, Koodo! Every other carrier (and business, for that matter) provides a receipt to the customer when money is exchanged. Who cares what your current policies are, if they're broken - fix them!
