Would like to be able to download all the detailed usage (airtime, text and data) by timestamp in csv/excel format.
Additionally, it would be great if koodo graphed my usage of these three items over time and showed them to me (that's what i'll be doing with the data).

Interesting idea with the graph, though not sure how useful the average User would find it.
I pretty much max it out every month, LoL.

when i was with bell i could download all my usage, they had their own graphs but it was kinda limited.

right now koodo doesn't even give you detailed txt and data usage in your e-bill, you can view the last details of airtime txt and data online, but you can't download them in any format, and after 2 months i guess they just dissappear into the abyss?

I used the time of day to chart various options, since some plans have 5pm calling, other 7pm, unlimited incoming, but a certain number of outgoing minutes.... feel free to take a look, did it all with a google spreadsheet google graphs

Your graphs are pretty, but what do they help you with? As far as koodo they do have detailed billing for the last 18 month of your use. It's in a pdf format but with a converter you should be able to drop it into an excel spreadsheet

please read the whole page....

maybe my pdf's didn't come through correctly, but i don't have the details for data and txt usage in my e-bill, i can only see the last 2 bills data and txt detail usage online.

Have you actually tried converting a pdf to excel? Fragments of data ends up on one row in the same column, or worse yet, a couple data points in one column, one in the next column, then three more in the next column... it's a mess! It would take someone all of an hour to create the view in their database, and put the link on their webpage, and a couple more hours to graph it and show their users how their usage is changing over time.

If you check under "Data and Other Services" on your bill, you will see how many texts you sent/received as well as data usage.

for trends over time the totals are ok, but online i see date and timestamps so i can figure out WHY my data was so high

Hey Derek, downloading your usage details in csv/excel format is a nice to have so I'll pass your idea along. Viewing e.bills month over month will give you a general idea of when you talk most and how much you're using. Always keep in mind that our email form is a great way to get more information. As long as you send us an email using your Self Serve account as verification, we'll be able to provide you with your usage details:
