Why has koodo taken 2 payments one on the 10th and one on the 17th and its not showing infor on my account it is suppose to be auto top up and its not due again until the 7 of Oct no base plan has changed I tripled checked all my info and I still dont see why this was taken. I sure dont want to call and be charged money to find out but I sure am not staying with koodo if this is an on-going thing I cant afford to just throw the money to koodo twice a month for my pre pay. uggh
