Hi there... last month (since I am new to this) I forgot that I set up an automatic top up and I double paid by making another payment via online banking. I expected to see this reflected on this months bill and not have to top up but the credit did not show. I have a copy of my bank statement in a PDF if you would like to see it, Thank you, the payments were made on the 20th and 21st of October 2015.
