I would like to say that your company should really work towards training your employees to be better able to properly explain why it is that a double charge would be added to an account with no reason. Because of this my vacation to Punta Cana was negatively impacted resulting in me feeling stressed the entire time because my bill went from $60 plus tax to $60 + $56 (added in "partial charges") with tax for no apparent reason. I should also state that this is now the second time that a random double charge has been added to my account, the first being an entire $60 extra which was removed four months ago with the statement "Oh, that charge shouldn't be there" from a Koodo representative. These charges have now both been resolved, though only for the fact that I had to call and email from the Dominican Republic using my data to have the charge removed. However, not even the supervisor I spoke with on the phone today was able to clearly explain to me why it is that I would be charged double the amount of my specified rate for no reason. I wanted to post this on your social media forums to warn others using your services of these such 'scams'. For these reasons I will now be switching to a different service provider after nearly 7 years with Koodo and must recommend to all family and friends that they avoid your services for fear of extra charges.
