Double charged

Our phones were on seasonal plan at $15 each.  On March 21 and 22, we changed from our US SIM cards to CAD SIM cards. (phone ending in 8119 had a partial charge of $33.33 for March 22-April 11.  At the same time, the same phone was charged $50 for March 12-April 11, which covers the same period plus 10 days during which the phone still had a US SIM card (March 12-22).  I don't understand your billing.  The second phone ending in 8185 has similar double charges.  Can you please explain?

So you saw partial 33.33 and 50 for the full billing cycle charged but no credits anywhere on page 3 of your bill?

hi Lolita,
Also, can you post a snapshot of your pdf bill? (Delete all your personal info before posting pls). Once you are on seasonal hold, changing SIM should not have any affect on your bill.

Yes, there is a $10 credit with the 33.33.  However, it still appears I am charged $50 for March 12-April 11, even though the CAD SIM card didn't get inserted until March 22.   Plus $33.33 (minus $10) for March 22-April 11.  Total $73+, for overlapping periods.

It was me, on my husband's computer, as we both have the same problem with our phones!

You posted the summary page, which didn't show the detail of the pdf bill. However, from those information, it seems only one number was on seasonal hold.

Can you look into your pdf bill, page 3,4 and see if that was the case? Did you have email confirmation that you were switched to seasonal hold for both numbers?

Both numbers were on seasonal hold from November 1, and that was no problem.  We paid he $15 each for both numbers until March 21 and 22, 2018, when I removed the seasonal hold.  One phone is on a $35/month plan, and the other one on a $50/month plan.

ok, so I assumed you posted the bill for only one phone and  your billing date is at Apr12.
$33.33 --> Mar22-Apr11
-$10.00 --> Credit for the seasonal hold that you already paid.

The $50.00 should be for the next billing period of Apr 12-May11

That information should show up in your pdf bill. The summary wasn't clear enough.

 I took a good look at the PDF bill and you're right, it does say there that the $35 for one phone and $50 for the 2nd phone is for the period April 12-May 11.  My mistake was in not looking at the PDF file until after I vented on the community forum!  Thank you for your help.

Always look at page 3 of your bill for the detailed breakdown. And if there's still something that you don't understand, don't hesitate to ask here!

Here's why I didn't see the PDF breakdown.  When I downloaded it, I didn't scroll to the bottom of page 1, and so didn't see it was actually 1 of 10 pages.  Duh.  Can you tell I'm a newbie?  So when you said to look at page 3, I was going to retort, "What page 3?"  So I learned something new today.
