Hi ; I recently upgraded my phone with Koodo . I have been with Koodo for several years and have upgraded before . When I did the upgrade I paid off my tab (my phone bill was paid up to date also) and the salesperson informed me that my new phone bill would be approximately $10 more than my old one , plus applicable taxes . This would bring my monthly bill to approximately $62 with the cost of the phone being paid my monthly tab .. I just received my on-line bill and it is $124 . Since I am not a new customer why am I being charged so much . My bill was normally $43 plus taxes.
