I changed my phone number on Aug 18
click on the following link to view my other post regarding problems downloading ebills since then:
When I look my Transaction History ("view one mobile phone on the account"), it shows the following transactions
1) DATE: Aug 18
TRANSACTION: phone number change
DETAIL: Reason: Customer Request
2) DATE: Aug 18
TRANSACTION: contract change
3) DATE: Aug 18
TRANSACTION: feature add/remove
DETAIL(line 1): Feature: Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance
DETAIL(line 2): Effective: August 18, 2014
4) DATE: Aug 18
TRANSACTION: rate plan change
DETAIL(line1) Rate Plan: Canada-Wide Talk + Text 35 Dbl
DETAIL(line2) Effective: August 18, 2014

Transaction #1 I understand, it is my phone number change.
Transaction #'s 2,3,and4 I do not understand. Other than the phone number change, I did not ask for a contract change. As for the Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, it looks like it was added to my plan. I did not intentionally make any changes to my add-ons. I did not request Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance.

The other thing I do not understand is this: If I go to my Plan and Add-Ons Overview page, under Plan and Add-Ons, it says:
Plan: Canada-Wide Talk + Text 35 Dbl $35.00
Add-ons: None

The Plan is correct, I have had the "Canada-Wide Talk + Text 35 Dbl" plan since 2013, with no add-ons. And "Add-ons: None" is correct, as far as I know, I have no add-ons and have not been paying for any. So, what does that Transaction Line #3 mean, regarding that Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance add-on?

Hey Richard,

Let me give you a bit of clarification in regards to these transactions. When you change your phone number it's like the system restarts all over again, so that's why transaction#2/3 and 4 reflects that change. As for the "Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance" option, this is a $0 feature that has been automatically added to all our customer account as it gives you the capability to make/receive international call from Canada. Hope this helped.

If you see a good answer, give it a star.
