don't receive my bill after termination almost two months ago

Hello I haven't received any bill even after I terminate the account two months ago, and nothing show up when log on self-service, what can I do now to pay my final bill?

The last time you opened an account you never had a self serve account Charlie. Which is part of the problem. You also cancelled an account in 2016 which did have a self serve account associated with it. I believe that is the one you see hence the issue.

There is a significant amount outstanding an I would suggest to contact us via private messaging on Facebook before the account falls into collection.
