Hi Fernando,

What web browser are you using? For me prepaid self serve only worked inside of Internet explorer.

What happens if you click the second option (transfer number) and then back to choose a new number?

Hmmmm.......... very strange......... I activated a prepaid line a few weeks ago and it went through without a hitch.

Do you have another phone you can call with? You can activate your line over the phone, just tell them you tried with several browsers and you can't get through the phone number selection.

The number to call is 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) - the sad news is there are long waiting times. Hope you get it sorted :)

The exact same thing happened to me last month when I bought a prepaid sim card. I ended up calling customer service and they activated, set up my self serve account, and gave me my cell number, no charge. Just tell them what you've posted here and I'm sure they will waive the activation fee, they did for me,

Once you have access to your self serve account, you can then choose another number if you like.

Hope that helps.
