Don't need this top up card.

Hello! I purchased a Koodo top up card by mistake thinking it was a card for my daughter's phone. It is non-refundable and we have no use for it. I am a Koodo customer with a monthly plan. Can I use the funds on this card to pay my monthly bill or get a refund?

No you can't use them to pay for your monthly bill. I guess you could call koodo or try going back to the store where you bought it and see what they can do about it. But the probability of getting a refund is pretty slim. You could try selling the prepaid voucher to koodo prepaid users if it hasn't been registered already.

A year ago, I suggested that Koodo makes their top up card also usable as gift cards.

This would solve your problem, Kathleen. But the idea wasn't picked up.
