DON"T REFER FAMILY AND EXPECT 25 TAB CREDITS!!!!

BE AWARE!!!! They say you can get 25 tab credits to refer a family member but they won't give them to you if they are added to your account. Only if they get their own account. How silly!!! Either way they get a new customer! I am so not impressed! You have to read and interpret it they way they want you to!

Where did you hear that Tanis? Referral credits apply to any new line opened. Even if it's adding someone to an existing account of yours.

I phoned and talked to a rep who said they couldn't join on to the same family account but had to have an account of their own. It brought a customer to Koodo whether to my own account or a separate account and I get absolutely nothing for it. I believe we followed all the right steps and even if we didn't , the fact remains that a Telus customer was brought over to Koodo with the promise of 25 tab credits each and it just didn't happen!

And I just found in your own "Frequently Asked Questions" and I quote, "Can I refer someone who I add on to my account? Sure no problem" was your own answer. I just don't get it!

Did you notice that the official koodo rep who commented said the same thing? Clearly the agent you spoke to was mistaken.

I referred both my parents sometime last year, until now I have yet to receive the tab credits for the referrals. I had referred them because of the great experience I've been having, since becoming one for years; however, a similar situation happened about the "referral . After a week I came back to talk to the girl at the mall kiosk that helped my parents, and she said to just wait because sometimes it takes a while. Never received them at all....

Hey Josen! Last year our referral system was a little different, and it took up to 4 weeks for the credits to be applied to your account. Since its a little far back, I suggest calling us in at *611 from your Koodo phone or 1 866-995-6636 from another device so one of our agents can verify if it was indeed applied or not! Take care :)
