Doesn't Unlimited Anytime minutes mean no extra charge for incoming-outgoing calls (within Canada)?

I switched my plan to the CAN Data 1G Ultd min QC $45 specifically so that I would have access to Unlimited Anytime minutes. Why am I still being charged extra for local antenna time?!

You are correct. There should be no charge for calls to/from any Canadian number, as long as you are in Canada.

If you are being charged for airtime, then I advise you to get in touch with customer service to resolve the issue. Call 611 from your Koodo phone, or:

Hi there...

From what I see here, probably what you see on your bill are minutes used prior you changed your plan...

I recommend you to check your bill on the Self Service account, and check the dates for those calls, pretty sure you will get the answer...
