Or, has anyone had success activating a Jitterbug or Take5 phone with Koodo?

I highly recommend you purchase a 3G phone at the least. Although smartphones and new technology may be difficult at first, it's easy to get the hang of it and there are a lot of features that are available and brought upon with the devices.

The most "senior" phone currently available at Koodo has to be the LG A341. It's your basic, run-of-the-mill flip phone. Nothing complex, holds a charge for a long time. Check it out maybe?

I showed basic function of my Moto G to my mom( she is using a flip phone).
Moto G has much bigger screen, easy to use and it is a great price.
I would give it to her if she is living in Canada.

I'd like to point out that Koodo is a company that emphasizes online Self Serve features. This doesn't automatically exclude seniors, but it may be out of some seniors' comfort zone.

These are the small, yet so important, details that I always forget! Thanks Ivan! :)
