Does transferring to the new plan mean I am dividing the original cost of my phone, or the current balance?

So I've had my Nexus 5 since August of last year. I have gotten my balance down to -167. If I divide that by 24 (which would essentially extend my time with the phone to two years starting from the switch) I would only have a 7/month tab. However I would probably have to pay 15 if I have to consider what my phone cost initially which would have been tab medium.

So if I switch to the new plans, is it based on my current balance or the original price of the phone?

Hi Raven,

If you switch to one of the new plans you must completely pay off your tab before you can switch to a new plan.

Which you can pay through self serve or by calling, you will have to call to switch from your old plan to one of the new ones it can not be done through self serve.

Hey Raven! As mentioned before, you will have to pay off your current tab balance in order to be eligible for the new plans. Once you know which plan you want, give us a call at *611 and we'll be able to add it for you free of charge. Have a great one!
