Koodo is on AWS (1700/2100) band on LTE. Since I see 2100 band on the specs, it should work but reception may not be perfect.

LTE will not work correctly. You need band 4 (1700/2100).

When shopping around, best to check out:

Not LTE related, but I don't see Band 2 listed, (1900 MHz - FDD). Band 39 (1900 MHz - TDD) uses a different set of frequencies and a duplex mode that is not compatible with Koodo's 3G network. Koodo uses 850 MHz and 1900 MHz (or Bands 5 & 2) for their HSPA (3G) network.

Aws requires 1700 and 2100 down the downlink and unlink. I'd aim for the note 4x since it has 2600mhz lte whichever Koodo (Telus) uses forward lte-a.

Holy typos batman!

Aws requires 1700 and 2100 for the downlink and unlink. I'd aim for the note 4x since it has 2600mhz lte which Koodo (Telus) uses for lte-a.

For LTE AWS (1700/2100) you need both bands to work so LTE will not work with Koodo. 3G however will work as the phone has 850, 1900.
